official plan is as follows.

roster limit is 55. I am making 34 players that i plan on building SSB (super slow build). In order to do this, i must still field a team that has players starting at every position.

this means that the remaining 21 roster spots will all play both offense and defense, as well as ST.

i will take all players that are to high for d-league (or dont want d-league) and to low for 13 cap.

all of these players will get max money as level 200 stadium will be done, and all EQ will be paid for.
