I am the Owner of the Kansas City Bears. We will be moving to an Uncapped league next season and we still want to compete at a high level. We are not content keeping the level players we have. We want championships! I have owned the team for 4 seasons and we started in a level 13 capped league. In those 4 seasons we have gone a combined 52-11 and in the playoffs all 4 seasons.
We are looking to have players all above level 46 so we can compete and do well in an uncapped league. I am the Defensive Coordinator and I run a 3-4 attacking style defense. I love to bring pressure and create turnovers. My defense is based on speed/agility.
On offense we have a very talented OC in Nif. I work with him on 3 different teams, 2 of them our own teams. He runs a balanced offense and is very good at what he does.
The stadium was completed last off season there are just a few seats left to be expanded and those will be done this off season. I will pay for all EQ. No one has had to wait longer than 3 days to receive EQ since I have owned the team the past 4 seasons.
We already have 22 committed players for next season, all level 46+.
