The Ingolstadt Hat Tossers will be moving up to capped 16 this offseason and look to have a great shot at a championship with our roster. We are looking for 3 OLBs this offseason to compliment our three backers currently on the team. Our team rotates starters every game and uses 99/1 stamina settings for a truly even playtime situation.
We have plenty on money ($45 million including the EQ fund) so all equipment will be taken care of by the team including AEQ and secondary sets for positions where they are useful. We also have experienced GMs with plenty of gold trophies and the desire to win some more. The team has been slow building for 2 seasons now with a couple of exceptions and our builds are very solid we just need to fill out a few spots and match up depth-wise to have an inside shot at gold in season 12.
The team will be running a 46 scheme similar to what the Baltimore Ravens run, a lot of cover 1 and a lot of different pressure packages. We like to blitz and aren't shy attacking with the LBs and secondary. We are looking for outside backers with better than average speed and vision to be used both as pass rushers and to cover the TE and HBs. Please post here or PM me for more info.
