I need a FEW LINEBACKERS (AND OTHER POSITIONS) for a pee wee team and beyond... please read below.. and read carefully..
I am going to have a pee wee team for season 12, and that team will TURN into Rio de Janeiro Speedwagons for season 13.
You can pick your position or positions (OTHER POSITIONS AVAILABLE) that you would like to fill... I will have a very INTENSE write up of how to train each guy properly so that we will FREAKING dominate.
This will go all the way down to making sure each player has the right veteran points, etc.. and so that you cap at the right times, etc.
Requirements
We need you to stay in Rio for the life of the team... so that is ten seasons. Also, we require you boost and have Custom EQ.
We will have this planned to the tea... so if this sounds like fun, PLEASE SEND ME A PM... and let me know what position or positions you might be wanting to make.. some positions are already filled. Also, we will not be a completely traditional slow build team.. so you can spend your SPs right away... we will want you to cap as soon as you can.... but by training to start, and then placing points when it is the right time to do so (Cap training).
Also.. we will make this a fun team... and we need guys that are active!! Please don't sign up if you only check your GLB once a week, or worse.. also, we will want guys that can answer tactic threads (although that won't be a concern for the first season or two... ) and can get their settings aligned with our offensive and defensive gameplans!!
We will be making most players on day 31.. you will sign with whatever pee wee team you choose for the rest of season 11.. and then you come to MY pee wee team, that I will purchase for season 12. We could do two teams, if someone else wants a pee wee team, and split up the players so we TRULY maximize playing time for everyone (so one team has the punter who punts and kicks), and the other team has the kicker (who kicks and also punts, etc). If someone wants to offer up a pee wee team, let me know.
I will start a private forum thread so that we can get to know each other, and I'll have all the build guides in there.
Season 13, you will sign with Rio de Janeiro Speedwagons and will be there for your career... we will help you build the ULTIMATE player, and we will have the ultimate team.

A couple other notes.. Rio already has the full stadium and tons of money, so that won't be an issue.. and we have some of the best GMs in all of GLB, and Jon the owner is a great guy.
