You're a little behind the curve. You should look to cap tackling as soon as you can then work on either speed or strength and then Vision.

Pass Rush? Why are you bringing up tackling first?

You should have gone agility or speed first and worked to get them 3rd capped ASAP. I'd probably retire and start over though.

tackling is not very important for a pass rusher
my lv 34 has 39 in tackle and doesn't miss one very often
I'd start with speed, then speed, then more speed
