Can you look over my kicker and let me know what I need to fix to help this guy get on a team?

First he needs to get his equips, i would say put almost in to kicking, you want that as high as you can get for right now, he also needs a ton of vision, as well as more confidence
stop putting points into SA's for now

I can't get on a team to get any money to get equipment.

Retire him and build a defensive or O-Line position. Kickers are hard to place at his level, and his build isn't very good.

Consider reviewing the wiki about slowbuilding and cap focused building. Avoid SAs early in your build, especially on positions like k/p
