Its all about the sales pitch.. I went through FA a little bit ago and it gave me some huge insights. I'm recruiting for antoher team and getting responses on 50% of my pms and most of those i'm down to the final group before he makes a selection (none have made a selection yet)

The issues come into play when your back-ups become higher in levels. Now you have high level starters and back-ups. The back-ups want to test FA for starting jobs, leaving owners scrambling for FA to fill that hole. The only players that will take a back-up position is lower levels.
