How do u get guys better pass, they seem to run block goog, just need help w builds

It seems the method is to build a run blocker first. There really is no way around it since the pass blocking bar is also made up of strength and blocking. It seems that when finished with strength, blocking, and agility; speed and vision will push the pass blocking bar.
Keep in mind that all the skills play a role in the scouting bars so it is hard to say just one will help more than another. It is the combination of skills that improve the blocking bars.
