For a KR/PR guy getting the SA RS is a MUS at your level I would put a few points in the Speedstyer tress

Only the 1st 3 SAs though. Carry is a must for PRs. You want good Returns and TDs Carry need to be 65+
On KR you can get away with 60 until about level 50.

He's looking good so far. Continue training carrying until around 38 before dumping points into it. Now you spend points in FS, CD and RS after capping vision.

Do you have good AEQ? Normal train carrying while looking for good AEQ. I just noticed that you have Juke and I like that a lot. Try to find another piece w/ juke or fake % + speed/agility.

I have a +5% fake / +2 CON piece that Im not wearing at the moment as I am not returning on my team ...
just ST/CB right now ... so Im wearing the Swat Ball piece that you can see in the tree

While I am here and getting getting good advice, I ll go again ....

You see that I have split my EQ between SPD/AGL ... good idea or not ? Should be all SPD maybe ? Cant decide ....

I like the idea of keeping speed/agi within 10 of each other. And with 89 speed, you won't be getting caught by too many people anyway. I'd probably alternate new equip levels between speed, then agility.

I definitely don't think you should take away from any agility though.

Capping carrying and letting it auto-level is fine if you also cap strength.
