Hmmm... 6/10, maybe a 7/10.

I consider my guard a 8/10 or 9/10. I didn't benefit from bonus tokens to cap early, I flip-flop capped str and blocking, I didn't do the training bar trick and I didn't bother with a decent starting roll. That's why I rate my G a 8.5/10 or so...

Filling the bar up as high as possible without going over (at a very low level), then waiting until you raise the attribute over the 5th cap before doing the final train.

So for example, you train strength while it's at 25 to 99%... then you add SP to strength until you hit 73... at this point you train strength again and net 4 free SP.
