These are my observations of the Lion Conference for season 11.

My thoughts come from the following:
--previous knowledge of team
--current roster
--2 scrimmage games

Tier 1

Nile Crocodiles
Red River Ruminants

These 2 teams seem to be the class of the Lion Conference. They should battle it out for 1st place. I give a slight edge to Nile because they got a much easier draw in the cross-conference matchup.

Tier 2

West Yorkshire Bandits
Port Saint Johns Legends

Both teams made the playoffs last season, and I expect them both to get home games this season. They both have some solid players, but they each lack some depth at certain positions.

Tier 3

Houston Space Cowboys
Fat Jaws Badness
Worms Wolfpack
Ontario Beavers
LHC Naked Turtles
Taipei Little Fish Rangers
"Quick Stop" Clerks
Fort Myers Jesters

All of these teams have many flaws. Most of them lack the depth to compete with the big boys. With that being said, 4 of them will make the playoffs. Should be a fun battle to watch. If the Naked Turtles can find some human replacements for the CPU players on their roster, they would move to the head of the pack.

Tier 4

Casablanca Sultans
Portland Firebirds

Way to outleveled to be very competitive this season. Both teams have a lot of cash, so I could see them being competitive as early as season 12. Look like good organizations that got promoted too soon.

Tier 5

Pygmy Death Squad
Bogota Gongies

We have had many great battles with these 2 teams. Sad to see them go. Pygmy is CPU, and I am not sure what is going on in Bogota.

Thanks for the write up. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks RRR has a tough game week 1 and a tough game week 16, and a bunch of squishy nougat in the middle.

Yeah, nice write up. You nailed it with the "promoted too soon" comment. lol Hopefully we can use this season to build and have some competition for you all next season.

Slowly but surely replacing those CPU players. Thx for the props Actually should have won game1. We outgained a much better team on paper but our lack of depth cost us in the end. 4 INT's didnt help either .
