I think any team with a Conference/League Championship can post in that region anytime they want. lol

Heck, just make it so teams that make the playoffs can post. Quality would improve drastically on that low of a bar from the start.

One of the best things about this whole new signature thingy is every once in a while you will find a tool that will rant about it but without any context, since the sig doesn't show in the rant, they just come off looking like a raving mad lunatic.

Then again, every time and again an actual raving mad lunatic will simply post. Tough to distinguish between the two, but you can learn over time.
