Agility to 3rd cap (then) vision to 3rd cap (then) agility and speed to 4rd cap and get some eq into agility. Do this while training jumping/catching into mid 30's then train conf/stamina

you want to look something like:

agility 80
speed 90
vision 70
strength 60
tackling 60
