Your best option for pee-wee is going to be using bonus tokens for the SP cash-in, not for AEQ. An o-line player should be spending essentially all of their points on strength for a pee-wee team. If not LITERALLY all of them.

Octowned, you are correct...OL in pee wee is strength strength strength, and when you finish that it's strength strength, then maybe some blocking at the end.

at what point do you start collecting tokens for AEQ?

never if you are building for a peewee team. Unless you are keeping your player after the season? In which case you aren't going to be a very good peewee team. The best peewee players build for the playoffs and retire after them, I'd imagine.
