Was supposed to get a Level 13 team. It didn't happen.

I have a whole O-Line with no point assessed yet and all 5 are currently unboosted. I am only looking for a one year deal on a team that can pay for my level 16 upgrades.

I would think a team with a Level 13 Cap would be a perfect fit.

So you got 5 guys with 70 points each to assess and 3 boosts left for this season?

Yep, that's correct. With the boosts i guess it would be 85 points per player to assess.
