I'm looking for two main things:
1) Enough money for full equipment upgrades. He hasn't had this his whole career and as a result can use 6 or 7 upgrades immediately. I want to make him the best player he can be therefore I need the equipment upgrades.
2) Playing time. Ideally a starting position but might accept a non-starting position provided I get 50% or so of the plays and don't have to play special teams to often.
