Team gutted so this WR is available. He's lacking LVL 56 upgrades and needs some money to upgrade his AEQ (break tackle %) and if your team could provide both of those, then hey, that will be a huge bonus. I'm only looking for a one year contract for the time being, if the team and I get along pretty well then I have no problem signing a mid-season extension.
