I like him. NOt sure what is base, but assume that both blocking and str are triple capped?

If not, get them there...
Then double or triple cap agility (I vote for triple) while training vision and conf.

No offense but I think strenght should be higher than blocking. I would say 6 or 7 out of 10. If you can switch all your eq to strenght I would do it. But thats just me.
