I've got an elusive HB thats level 18, but plan on boosting him to level 19 when the 100 flex arrives. Not too far away from being level 19 naturally either, have 700+ experience, so could probably be level 20 soon. He's done great so far in all of the teams he's been on, having an average of 5.7 ypc. Did exactly 5.7 ypc last season as well, where he played for a team that went 6-10.
Wouldn't mind being backup, but would of course prefer to be starter. Can do without equipment money.
