2) The team MUST be active on forum (the currently team I'm on doesn't have active forum so didn't have good season)

3) Gameplans (Looking for a team that the owners/coordinators know what they are doing)

2) Willing to help the team to win games and take them to playoffs and championships

3) Give suggestions

4) Salary isn't important (as long as the players have enough money for equipment & daily training)
