was thinking about stopping there so that i could get vision and strength both up higher

I was going to go with vision first but i want my kicker to kick it into the endzone for 90% of his kickoffs as return men are getting better and better

68 is ok, personally i would go higher. probably up to 77 (5th cap)
conf sees more gain from leveling, so you should take care of it before str/vis
