I'm making some special teams demons, how can I make some great blockers for KR and PR?

Well Cs tend to be very popular because of their early gains to strength and blocking. I kind of like the idea of an OT capping tackling early to take advantage of the early gains in tackling so they may play both ways.
I still think strength, blocking and agility should be 68 but eq could probably go to speed. Speed should be in the 80s with eq finally vision should at least be capped. So basically a special teamer build will take lots of time as I am finding out with my 4 special teamers.
Stamina and confidence should round out the build in the end. These two skills will probably give your player the biggest boost but should be saved for last in order to get the key skills built up first.
