I've opened up his build (Sparty Peterson). He does not have level 56 equipment upgrades (I would expect the cash to buy the upgrades from new team).
I think that he would be ideal as a LOLB. Played ROLB this past season and saw the field sparingly- I believe that he was under utilized. SP is about to peak so I'm looking for lots of PT on a team with a shot to win a lot of games.
