No more SAs for a long while. In this order:
* Get speed to natural 68 if it's not
* Get agility to natural 68
* Get vision to natural 48.
Use skill points in those attributes, training is going to be less effective. I'd train vision/jumping for a bit, then switch to jumping/stamina.
