This confused me even more. So the National endorsement from MVP goes to #1 Def, #1 Off, #1 ST and then three corporate awards go to a random selection from the 6 people in the combined 2-3 spots in Off/Def/ST?

The three corporate awards are the three MVP endorsements handed out per conference. They go to the top three in the three different categories.
