oh no, I'm afraid you will have to retire and start fresh. Check out the thread stickied in this forum about how to build o-line, it is a good place to start.

In american football, the offensive tackles don't tackle - they block. That one confuses a lot of guys new to the sport.

Offensive Tackle is actually a blocker.
STR/BLK are your main attributes. AGI/VIS/SPD are next.
