ZETA CONFERENCE
Well our last GOTW for Zeta involved the Maneaters and yet once again we find them under the spot light, only becasue there is a battle going on for the slots 2-4... Maneaters look to come in to this game and bounce back from that narrow defeat of last week. It will be very diffcult as they bring in College Town which have been looking absolutely nasty... Here is our match up!

Both teams come in with great D's... but lets break them down!
College Town NWA Feeble Minds:
Chop and company has been doing a fine job there in College Town and will be bringing in one of the best overall D's in the league... The Feeble Minds come into this game only allowing 31.6 Yards a game! that is 5th best in the League and after last weeks Gators Game, the Feeble Minds have taken over the Number One spot at TD's allow this season at a mere 3! Nice job gents! Now these guys are not only good at stop the run, but they are able to defend the pass also, the Feeble Minds only allow 158.1 Yards a game which is ranked 2nd in the league! then for the stat that is really impressive is that of them only allowing that of 1 TD this season through the air! I think I just shed a tear... you bastards... Nice D Chop! And as those numbers are not enough to make you think twice about throwing the ball, College Town town also puts up the impressive number of 89 Sacks this season! that is second best behind the Mighty Gators... I don't need to go into anything else to be honest, that D is enough to make the Steel Curtain cry!
Coral Bay Maneaters:
Maneaters suffered a very tough loss in their last game and I am sure they are out for heads... Well they will need to be, College town out preforms these guys in pretty much every stat, but maybe that means jack shit this game, maybe... Coral Bay did have one stat that did stand out and that was that of their yards per carry, it is at 8.1 but they don't run the ball as much as they pass 39.9 and their rushing is at 7.2 yards a carry and run about 30 times a game, so this could really just come down to field postion! with those averages the Maneaters can maybe come in and totally disrespect the D of the Feeble Minds.... None the less the Maneaters need to find a higher gear for this game!

This is a suprised match up and I will explain why I choose this in the morning....

Alright some of you may ask why wasn't the Philly Birds/Memphis Kings game not the GOTW for Alpha? Well I don't write on my own team... Anyways I picked this match up, because the Eagles are fight for the number three spot and with a win today, they will take it no questions asked! You will see... Oberon Bulls have a pretty well put together team, so talent is not an issue there, it is that of their A.I. Let's see if they have things figured out here for Phoenix. So... here is the break down!
Phoenix Eagles
I believe these guys are flying under the radar to be honest, they have had their two of their three losses come down to some pretty close scores! They are currently looking at a 3rd place spot in Alpha with no real signs of losing it unless some how they lose today and the Memphis Kings win.... right.... Anyways the Eagles seem have pretty good offensive machine here, they are 2nd in the league in rush yards a game at 265 and rushing TD's at 72! pretty damn good attack on the ground if you ask me and then its not like these guys are one sided... Their Passing game is not too far behind as they have 6th highest passing yards a game at 314.3, but what makes this stat impressive is that they average nearly 10 per pass! Which makes them Numero Uno in Yards/Att then to add on to that These Eagles have a total of 50 TD's through the air which makes the Eagles the #2 scoring offense in the league, nice job gents! With all this said, will the Bulls be able to mustard up a D to stop them or will it possible be a shoot out? Not going to in depth here, but I will say it may be hard for the Bulls to keep pace knowning that the Eagles have only Allowed 10 Passing TD's this season... But lets not kick these Bulls down yet...
Oberon Bulls
Well the Bulls are clinging onto an 8th place slot in Alpha and I pretty sure that they will keep it reguardless of the loss they may take today, but not putting these guys down, this is where I say what they have been doing this season! I mean these guys have beat the Honiara Pit Bulls which have a pretty stacked team, just no A.I. they have also beaten Gainesville Gators well I should say killed the Gators and they also have talent... just no A.I. then one of their more honorrable games was the close one to the Cardiac Kids MD and also Tigersharks! Which are both good teams espeically those Tigersharks! This is where the Eagles may want to watch out... the Bulls can throw that pig skin, Oberon are currently second in Pass Yards a game with 352.3, not bad right? Well this is the stat that stick out, Oberon has 49 TD's yeah... big deal right? But these Bulls have only thrown 2 picks all season! That puts them with the company of teams like Gotham, Tigersharks, and Philly, Nice! So this passing game may be just what the Bulls need to sneak by the Eagles... ALso on the Defensive side of the ball, the Bulls are tied for 7th in picks and also are 5th in forcing fumbles! These game appears to be more intriguing as we go! But watch it... Eagles are #2 at forcing fumbles, so hold on to that ball Oberon!

Eagles will go in and handle bussiness as they secure their spot at #3!
