+1 foundation with +2 blocking or +1 protector?

Man that is a tough call. I know I have never seen a protector piece with anything skills. The +2 blocking and foundation is an awesome roll. Still protector is the best SA an LT can have.

I would probably go with the foundation in the hopes I could find a protector later.

Protector. It costs twice the amount of skill points to go up for protector as compared to foundation. If you found 2 pieces of Protector and upgraded them you could save a lot of skill points.

i'd keep both and keep looking for protector in a different position.

you can find protector with attributes, my OT has one that came with +3 speed..

Wow, thought I was lucky getting a protector with +1 Blocking.

+2 blocking/+1 protector roll for my C playing OT. (although he is playing ROT ATM so the protector isn't doing him any good)

I have one with +2 vision. Better than nothing I guess

I think it's quite a bit better than nothing, vision can be helpful but you don't want to spend a bunch of SP on it that could go into good SAs.

Thanks all for the help. Too bad they were on same roll. Realized the protector piece overlapped the one I had. Made it easy
