What do you think about my tackle ?? It's my first player ever made on GLB so my knowledge wasn't quite good. Should I Retire him or where should I improve ?
He's a good run blocker but playing in a uncapped league he doesnt make a lot of pancakes.

I'd retire, but if you want to keep him he needs more agility. And I'd some eq to strength too.
