I agree it is a factor, just not as a big a factor as it once was.

These changes have nothing to do with the effect of chemistry - rather how quickly it builds - which IMO is WAY too fast.

I agree (for once in my life) with Prizzle.

I also think the numbers are a bit high. Originally, the numbers were supposed to be even higher, but some of us mods convinced Bort to lower it. He might lower it even more if enough people chime in.

I don't mind having a couple of days during the off-season for teams to rebuild their team without if affecting team chemistry too much, but that system is so ridiculous they may as well remove it all together.

Edit: I actually love his second idea though and hopefully some sort of implementation will be based off of that.
