Cowpoker's rules for acceptable SMACK
1) Talk as much as you'd like before a game. You deserve alot of respect if you are talking shit when you are the underdog, that takes balls. In the same manner, if you are a clear favorite, talking too much shit makes you look like you are the short man in a cock measuring contest.
2) If you win after talking shit with the other team be selective in rubbing it in. Don't jump on here right away gloating. However, bring it up every once in a while to reopen the wound. (Coyotes 21, Gladiators 20)
3) Talking shit is not allowed after a game unless you talked shit before the game. It makes you look like a "front running" biatch. Its like telling a woman you love her after sleeping with her, whats the point you already had your fun so do the right thing and kick her out and move on to the next one.
4) If you actualy get upset about something someone says to you about a computer game, you should probably stop playing "Sim" football and find the website that plays "Sim" WNBA.
5) Have a sense of humor, everyone is a BIG man behind a keyboard and computer screen but for the most part we all want to be entertained. To actually threaten someone physicaly when you know there is very little chance the person can find you is weak.
6) If you are defeated after talking shit, its shows class to acknowledge your defeat. You are not required to say anything but the "I'm going to take my ball and go home" approach is not suggested.
7) Never shall you fall so low as to call a current GM or Owner either directly or indirectly, a owner, gm, or player from Oceania A#1. Those insults shall not be tolerated. **
8) Good game threads are pointless. You are a complete jackass if you start a good game thread after your team has won. If you want to be a good sport then send the owner a PM and the two of you can get together and hold hands and sing songs about what a wonderful game you had. Nobody else in the league gives a rats ass about a comeback or a heroic last second FG or an overtime victory. Post game messages are covered above for both the winner and loser so no need to repeat***
