Don't really know what I am doing. I use all of skill and training points and my LB looks good, but I do not get many tackles, sacks, or deflections. What am I doing wrong and what do I need to work on?

Are you going by the avatar, name or the attributes that we cannot see?

trying to be good at everything and failing, due to spreading your points too thin. speed and agility are way too low.

Your EQ is spread out too much - focus on Speed and Agility both in EQ and in skill points for a couple of seasons.

Also, cease and desist with the SA's for a while, especially the Pass Rusher Tree. At this point I'd try to make him a MLB, so Monster Hit and Defense General could use some attention but only after all other skills are close to where they should be.
