How can my LOT get pancakes? So far in 4 games, he hasn't given up any sacks or even hurries yet.

because he is weak. he will get tired. he has low confidence. and he is a LOT

LOTs don't need pancakes. If you finish the season with more than 20 you're probably doing something wrong. You do need to get strength up to about 80 total (including some EQ) or else you won't be able to pass block.
