I've been looking at some of the mid-top teams in other "higher" leagues around, and they don't look much better than any of the top teams in our league. Has anyone done much looking at this? Is SE Asia A more like a AA league?

We're Pro baby! Our top teams can hang with any team in SEA from what I've seen. Some of the other leagues have 10 more games played than us so SOME of the teams have an edge on us in South America and what have you, but we're definitely pretty stacked in comparison.

Coming from SE Asia AA, most of us feel like there are Pro and AAA teams scattered throughout the bottom leagues. The only difference, as zebo13 stated, is the amount of games that some of the higher level teams have played...which results in their players being higher level.

EDIT: Sorry if I intruded...just surfing the different boards.

Thats why they should do a four team relegation system. Top two teams from each conference would be perfect.

They messed it up with the expansion...probably saved them a lot of work by justing filling the leagues in with expansion teams. Hopefully, they will not do that again. We've been trying to figure out how they are going to do it this time. With any luck, everyone either moves up or laterally.

That would screw teams like us, though, who haven't played more games than other teams. We only had a 6 game season last year.

Nobody in Asia has played more games than eachother I think. We call came in at the same time I thought.

In all of Asia? If that's the case, then cool.

Agreed.

I have a player in Europe AA and my wife has a player in the Eastern Europe Pro league. The level ranges and over all team talent on those teams are not better than here.

That being said the game is still young. Given a year or so, league separation may mean a lot more.

And might even mean you SF chumps can win a post season game.
