OK, as you prolly realize, you need more punting and confidence, but alas, it is too late to add on to these (I have this problem on a couple of my guys, too). Rest of your build is good.
So, my only advice to make up for it is more Calm Nerves. And get your VAs into Hometown Hero and/or Clutch. Wouldn't hurt to get Soccer Star up, as well.

Mid 80s is a good start, IMO. If you get confidence to unequipped 69 by about level 20, it will be up there naturally by about level 40.
