because most of the players were 21 at the time of the restructure. Those players had boosts left after the restructure and before the season ended, they used them. Bumping them up to 24. Others who did not have boosts got left behind (im guessing you fall here). New season starts, more boosts happen, leaving lolMurp way behind forcing him to start multiple threads whining about said strategy making him a massive attention whore.

People are calling you a whiner because you're complaning about how there are players over level 21 in a level 21 capped league. Your complaint seems valid, until you realize what 21 cap actually means. Each team has had the same chance to get players over level 21. In reality, your beef is basically just with the verbage. Would you be happy if it were called something other than 21 cap, even if the same rules applied?
