well I didn't see JB get his picks out so thought I would put quick Guesses up.

Williamsport Soul Reavers vs. Sunshine Coast Ridahz ---- This should be interesting game. Appears to be two newcomers. On paper appears Sunchsine is weak at QB. Also, appears through team chem they did not improve their talent in the offseason. So, Reavers by 14.

Canberra Strike vs. Tasmania Devils ----- I have not often picked the Strike but here we go. Devils are just bad. Devils are my second pick after Brisbane, oh they are Devils too, to be going down to some lower league come season end. Strike by 225 and should be 255.

Gold Coast Vipers vs. Berlin Devine Right ---- another of those I know little of. BDR is team with long history and it seems Vipers may have been OPL before and went down. My friend troast is on there so can't be all bad. BDR beat Pelicans and Gangsters beat Vipers, but reasonably close. I will give BDR respect for their first week win and very good season 9 and go BDR by 12.

Nottingham Hoods vs. Guam Tigers ----- Tigers were a lot of fun last season and they were not very good. Have they changed for the better? Guam brought in little if any upgrades and Hoods upset a pretty good Wasp team. Hoods by 32---sorry Guam

Cascade Cajun Crushers vs. Auckland Old Gold & All Blacks ---- Crushers are talent of Alpha and will crush the gold and black into a slimy mess by 48.

GERMAN WILDDOGS vs. Orlando Prime Timers ---- OPT one of the proud old OPL. Had tough season 9 and were hoping to rebound. But, OPT had poor preseason and Dogs have been pretty good. Dogs by 5.

Brantford Mustangs vs. Fiji Ventures ---- I just think Fiji was promoted prematurely. Brantford by 28

(N.M.I) Pagan Fire Eaters vs. Molokai Lavastorm ----- this should be interesting match. Lava had nice Season 9 in the weak Alpha conf. Pagans are up and comer. Lava is a little stronger and wins by 7

Banzai Pipeline 'Nites vs. Sydney Sea Wasps ---- not sure what happen to Wasps week 1. They started strong season 9 and then hit the gauntlet. This season looks like they might be going the other way, losses early and have to climb out of a hole. Nites by 44

Olden Swillers vs. Port Moresby Demons ---- I have been sweating this matchup a bit. I am impressed with the Demons. But, I think the Swillers have consumed enough Demon rum to handle them. I hate to have to pick my own team, afraid it will cause bad luck. Swillers by 9

Sydney Pelicans vs. Knox Nightmares ---- Knox appears to be quality team, but Pelicans will be out for blood after upset week one. Pelicans by 10

Kingston Uprising vs. Samoa Gangsters ---- First of two Games of the WEEK--- Uprising was overlooked way too much last season. Gangsters are very good team, top 3 in Zeta. But I have to pick upset somewhere so in minor upset Uprising by 3 over Gangsters.

Guadalcanal Gunners vs. Florida Frenzy ----- Big game between two top rivals from last season. Frenzy is impressive but JB is Gunning for them. Will help you out JB and jinx them by picking the Frenzy by 9

Mata-Utu Voodoo vs. Tasmania Tigers -----Second Game of the Week----Two of the top talents in the League. Tigers have been underachievers based upon talent. Mata is solid year in and year out. Mata is tops until proven otherwise. Mata by 6

Saint Mary's School for the Blind vs. Brisbane Sun Devils ---- St Mary's gets week off and wins by 255-0

So Cal BDC vs. Rip City Reign ----- SoCal should handle the team formerly the Rain by 49

While I don't necessarily share my DC's sentiment, I am looking forward to this game and hope that you guys have indeed been drinkin too much of the Demon rum!!

Florida is a beast, just making my second walkthrough of the Oai to make sure we have a fighting chance.

Nice write up, thanks for a good read. BTW, this is the Vipers first trip into the Pro ranks. We started in season 4 and I took over the team in season 7 after the owner went inactive. We look forward to a challenging season and hope we can give the other teams a good game.
