First off, my apologies to those teams I accidentally omitted the previous week.

Penetrators vs ThunderBay
Chemistry:
Penet. at 100 and Thunderbay at 83
2-0 vs 2-0 Thunderbay will find out what they are made of this week.
Key Factors:
Penetrators have them outleveled in all categories, but this will come down to builds as the advantage is only a level or 2. Neither team has been tested as neither team has had to control the clock this year by starting off with huge leads and watching the opposition try to get back in it to no avail. Thunder has shown they can run with multiple runners while penetrators rely on 2 good ones. Haven't seen Thunder tested in the passing game with less than 300 yards for the first 2 games combined whereas Penetrators have over 600 yards for the same number of games. For Thunder to win they have to control the clock, a daunting task, and not give up the big pass play.
Prediction:
Although I have mad respect for Thunder, I'm giving this one to Penetrators by 20.
South Dublin vs Watertown
Chemistry:
South Dublin 76 and Watertown 60 (although most is due to offense)
You would think 2-0 vs 0-2 would be easy call, right? Not so, Watertown faced brutal competition while Dublin has yet to play anyone decent.

Defenses are fairly even, and maybe a tinge more towards watertown which is their strength with chemistry being a factor. I would say watertown is in there on offense in levels, but that huge chemistry hit might be the one thing that keeps them out of this one. I can see Watertown pulling it out with great gameplanning.

Va Beach vs Destruction Bay
Chemistry:
VA Beach 100 and Destruction Bay 91
Key Factors:
Va beach is 2-0 but the competition hasn't been there, while DB played a brutal team from Alpha in the first game. VA beach is outleveled in every phase of the game here. They don't have the firepower to penetrate the defense and their defense is outleveled by DB offense by almost 5 levels!
Prediction:
Sorry guys, the undefeated streak ends here. DB in a blowout, by 75.
Nintendo vs DC Pres.
Chemistry:
100 for both
Slow build vs slow build? I think Nintendo just may be cashing in some of those skill points now. They could end up surprising some people.
Key Factors:
DC is absolutely a slowbuild with level 11's across the board. Nintendo is 16's across the board. Nintendo dispatched Marseille last week who has them outleveled. Either the Chemistry hit for Marseille was big enough or Nintendo is puttting SP into their players.
Prediction:
Regardless of Nintendo's immediate future plans, they blow out the Presidents. I think Obama is keeping them back because of the massive spending and his attempts to equalize ticket prices for the entire stadium. Lol, sorry, couldn't help it.
Cook Island vs Bay City

Key Factors:
Cook Island showed they are for real last week by taking out South Shore. Bay City is severely out gunned here. Bay city, don't bring a knife to a gun fight.
Prediction:
Cook Island by 150
Marseille vs Downtown
Chemistry:
Marseille 63 and Downtown 98
Key Factors:
Yes, I am absolutely going to take advantage of the chemistry hit here. After watching Marseille get thumped by Nintendo 41-10 and not be able to stop the run, well I just might need to be a running team this week. In all honesty, we are probably 2 of the worst D's in the league. Marseille can win if they control the clock. If not for the chemistry hit I'd say Marseille by 21.
Prediction: Downtown by 14.
Manilla vs West Palm

Manila 81 and West Palm 31
Key Factors:
Duh, CHEMISTRY! West palm has no chance with being slightly outleveled and the chemistry hit. Next year West Palm, next year.
