Here is my build for LVL 15 OT. My one big regret is that I got the special equipment and chose the Run block SA, but if all all goes well it might be worth getting a new piece of equipment. I do not hear much about Stamina here? It seems that w/o decent stamina, you don't get the playing time, and thus a slow build or even normal build could get stuck with little playing time thus few XP points.

I tested this a little last season, creating players about 1/3 the way it specifically for teams that would play them as much as energy could take. I then boosted and up Stamina for a DT, QB, and FS. For the QB and DT, they are even now with the players with less Stamina, the FS, got played out of position so is lacking? Thoughts
