I hate to say this, but seeing how it doesn't look like you boost, you aren't losing anything. I would retire and start fresh. He's not all that terrible, but he is from season 2 and only has a couple years left anyway, why not do him right.

Read this guide, I'm not saying to follow it to the letter, but the author is very knowledgeable.

Thank you for the advice, I figured as much. No, I don't usually boost, though I am slowly figuring out that this game is angling more and more towards requiring us to boost to be successful, which is understandable since Bort wants money. This player is on a Casual team right now, I'll give him the axe at season's end!
