I have a +2 Speed +1 Return Specialist for my CB/KR/PR
But I like that piece, don't LOVE it though...

I would say yes, if you get the Return Man VA to the max, he will have a 30% bonus to it working.

return is easy to find don't really care about other stats but REALLY looking for a spin or some extra ability not found as an add on..... would take a plus to spin in a heartbeat
