If you watch that lay the drop probably gave us one more shot because if he caught that he likely would have been tackled at the 1 yard line and time would have expired. Didn't matter though as the next pass was incomplete and even that pass was thrown to the 2 yard line, so the AI didn't go to the end zone on either play unfortunately.
