Well, it kind of looks like you have equipment stuck in more than 2 stats, which is something that I don't much approve of (unless you can't re-spec, which happens). I think the speed could definitely use the points that are currently in tackling, because although the speed-agility ratio is fine and dandy right now, I think you'd perform better with 90+ speed (helps on top of whatever you're currently running with VAs). I noticed that you also play ST, so more speed will definitely help out in trying to get returners.
