Do these need to be soft capped eventually i think it may help g for pulling but does a center need 48 speed?

48 speed wont help a G pull. You'll need 60 to pull effectively.
Center should cap it, yes. Good NT and DTs will force your C to move around pretty good.
Minimum 60, 48 for G, C. Could do another cap even later in career

I would personally put it ahead of confidence...
And yeah, 60 cap might be a bit low if anything for a pulling guard. But I also think you can take your time to get speed up that high.
