yea..FG kicking is strange in this game. looks liked we failed to try one at the end of the half and instead ran a play and then ran out of time. Excellent game! As close as we thought it would be, glad to come out on the winning end.

GG Montcuq, gotta say I didn't see that coming. Thought we had a chance but the team played better than I could have imagined. Gotta be our first game all season without any drops.

great game. Obviously very close, and a tremendous defensive effor on both sides of the ball. It was a tough game to plan for and the Minotaurs did themselves very well.
The FG thing is pretty standard, actually. I've seen it in many games. Under 30 seconds in a half, (only what, 11 in this case?) the game is going to look for the score, on any down. I've seen FG's on 1st down at 30 seconds. But the point is, if you went for a throw, and got the catch, the clock would have run down. Go for a run, the clock ends. The only chance was a deep pass to the end zone, and looking at the game tape, I'm thinking your long passes were pretty low. So, the kick. At least you made the FG.

ditto in overtime, regardless of the clock. burned us earlier in the season. we went for a long FG on 1st down with a lot of time left (10+ mins if I remember correctly).

well done ... you get the good 3rd down in this game what we didn't get at all or not enough to compete, only our 4th quarter is really good, we'll be back next season good luck for the semis

Ya I've seen it happen before, I was just kinda grasping this morning. With the way your defense flew around in the secondary, you deserved to win.
