I'd pick up the cut block. LG have a lot of trouble in pass protection, I don't know if you can cut block pass protecting, but it would help. Foundation would probably be best, or hold block.

So would it be better to just keep rolling than to pick up the Cut Block piece?

I have the money, just wanting to know if it would be a good one to use. Thing about the cut block one is that I have another piece with a +1 strength +1 Shock Block that's in the same slot. I have 24 tokens in that shock block piece.
