Not really, he will reach his plateau S10, and then start going downhill. Your build for the most part is set in stone now. Next time do agility well before level 30.

When you retire, and decide to make another fullback, choose what kind of fullback you want to make beforehand --- blocking, running/bruiser, running/catching, or combo (which is what you've made and I wouldn't recommend) --- then concentrate entirely on making that type of fullback.

In the meantime, nothing is going to really make your fullback a badass. I'd probably sell your equipment and put everything other than CE in speed. Put the rest of your level bonuses into agility. If not all of them, take it to at least 61.
