speed is extremely low for level - needs to be mid 90s+
SA focus is poor (better to pick a few (for regular man CBs super vision, swat ball, and shutdown coverage)).
the High strength is good along with the monster hitting - would made a good ST player and 3rd/4th corner but all focus needs to go on Speed. First fix your equip by putting it all into speed. will make you a nice corner. Then put a couple levels into the SAs I mentioned. no more in anything else unless you need it to put additional levels into the ones mentioned.
As mentioned the guy should be a standout on STs and is great for depth. just dont expect him to be a starter/top CB

Don't listen to this guy. You have some mistakes, but you definitely don't need to retire. Bring speed down to 90 and agility up to 85 through EQ. Don't put any more sps into first step, return spec, blitz, or closing speed. Get supervision up to 8 base and shutdown coverage to 4 base (you'll want to get it higher later). After that, you really need to work speed, agility, and vision to the 68 cap. That will take awhile, though.
