That's pretty bad...

Equip should be in 1, maybe 2 attributes. If you readjusted those, it'd be a much better build.

You need to concentrate on one or two attributes with your equipment. Your skill points are all over the place. I agree with these guys re-do your equip and you'll be good.

You're short about 20 speed, 20 agility, and 10 vision. Reallocating EQ should make up for some of that.
