i got signed with this team and im the highest level on the defense and the one outside linebacker still got more tackles than me.. what else should i do and should i focus on run or pass?

Get your speed and agility up to second cap keep them close together though that should help you be able to get to the ball faster than the others. build looks good though. As to your focus that depends on the team your playing and the position your playing at the time. run heavy teams need to focus on run and pass happy teams focus on pass.
